Lebanese Toum - Garlic Sauce.
This is a fantastic easy recipe to make a delicious garlicky sauce which you can serve with any breads or as part of a salad dressing (it's amazing on hot fresh bread!)

4-5 garlic cloves, peeled
1/4 cup olive oil (no more than that)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 lemon, juice

Satay Sauce
* 1 tsp oil
* 1/2 small brown onion, finely chopped
* 1 garlic clove, crushed
* 1 tablespoon of peanut butter per person
* 1/4 cup water
* 1 tbs fresh lemon juice
* 1 tsp Tamari/soy sauce
* 2 tbs sweet chilli sauce
1 cup of coconut milk
Method
1. Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until soft and golden. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute or until aromatic. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter and stir to combine. Place over low heat. Add water, lemon juice, tamari and sweet chilli sauce and coconut milk to desired thickness.
This sauce is great to mix with stirfry veges and noodles. can be put o almost anything else.

Hummus / this has gotto be one of Matt's favourite foods! Good for snacks with corn thins. :)
Ingredients
* 1 1/2 cups of dried chickpeas, soaked over night, cooked and rinsed
* 4 garlic cloves, crushed
* 100ml olive oil
* 3 tbs tahini paste*
* 1 tsp ground cumin
* Juice of 1 lemon
Method
1. Place the chickpeas, garlic, olive oil, tahini paste, cumin and lemon juice in a food processor and process until combined. Add 1/4 cup (60ml) of water and process again until quite smooth. Or to desired consistency

Pasta
Grate any vegetables eg.. zuchini, brocoli, carrot,spinach etc in food processor.
- Stir fry in pan with onion and garlic untill half cooked
- add one can of diced tomatoes a tablesppon of tomatoe paste or half a jar of tomatoe puree, some italian herbs and some red lentils if u want.
Top with some Braggs sauce and serve with some gluten free pasta.
